We usually bring along 2 poems on the theme of the month, which we read to the group. We say why we like the poem and perhaps a little about the poet. If there is time we have a go at writing poems too. We will look at specific genres or themes. These may include War Poets, Local Poets, Sonnets, Inspirational Poems or Specific Poets.

The pub itself serves reasonably priced drinks and sandwiches .
